Sweta Agnihotri, Chief Operating Officer
Sweta Agnihotri is the COO for Reliance BIG Home Video. Prior to this she worked in Saregama - HMV as Vice President heading 3 profit centers - Films, Home Video and Events where she has handled multiple assignments in film making, distribution and promotion as well as managing artistes and International studios. She started the Home Entertainment business in Saregama which went on to becoming one of the most profitable businesses in the company and under her leadership Saregama won several International studio awards. She alsoSweta Agnihotri is the COO for BIG Music and Home Entertainment. She heads acquisition, marketing and new business development for the company. She also won the RPG Top Gear award in 2003 for her outstanding contribution to the group. Prior to this she worked in Crompton Greaves and Philips India Ltd.

Ambar Basu, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ambar Basu a qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience of nineteen years in the field of Media & Entertainment, Services and Manufacturing.
With a varied experience in Strategic Planning, Risk Assessment, Finance & MIS he has worked with reputed organizations like Premier Automobiles Ltd, Federal Express Corporation, Rallis India Ltd, RPG and Star (Radio City). In his previous assignment he worked as the Executive Vice-President Finance with Radio City (91.1 FM), a former Star Group company. He was a core team member in Radio City’s expansion to 16 more stations in the 2nd phase of FM Radio expansion in India.
As the CFO of BIG Music & Home Entertainment, his responsibilities include advising the management on Financial/Cost restructuring, Music Royalty and Working Capital Management.
In addition, he heads the Legal & Business Affairs aspect of the business. He is also responsible for the formulation of Comprehensive Policies and Procedures and the effective implementation of the same across all departments.
He is an avid sports lover with a keen interest in Football and Cricket. His favorite club being Liverpool. |
Sunil Menghrajani, Asst. Vice-President - Digital & New Media
As AVP – Digital & New Media, Sunil is closely involved in articulating the company's initiatives in digital distribution, creating mobile entertainment content and exploring opportunities presented by new media and emerging technologies.
Additionally he also mentors a team of young professionals handling Talent & Artist relationships and in involved in artist sign ups, recordings, new project launches, events & artist management.
He has worked in various sales, marketing & business development positions within the entertainment industry, more specifically handling music, home video & interactive games.
Prior to this Sunil served as Chief Manager – Publishing & New Media at Saregama India Limited, a part of the RPG group. |
